​How Do I Place An Order?​

Order may be placed on the website by clicking the desired product, by email or via phone with payment processing. 

 Will I Receive a proof?​

All orders except rush orders and 2020 Grad orders. Proofs are sent 72 hours during normal business. (Proofing may take 2 weeks during COVID19 depending on the order and design complexity.)

Payment & Shipping
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.

We determine the most efficient and cost effective shipping carrier for your order to ensure you receive it in a timely manner. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

We do specialize in RUSH and Weekend Delivery

Please Note: New orders will be charged 9.75% sales tax.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Through the proofing and approval process, we go through great lengths to make sure your full order is 100% accurate before any permanent embellishment or printing. If there are any issues or defects, please let us know at the time of pick up or once your order is received. Our Customer Service Dept. will be glad to assist. We are unable to offer refunds on custom items or items that have began the design process. Only exchanges for visibly damaged items.
